Introducing the latest Insights enhancements

The KPI dashboard brings key purchasing and financial metrics together in a clear, visual format, with benchmarking against the wider Fraxion community across three time periods: Last 6 months, YTD, and All time. Teams can quickly monitor performance, compare results with peers, and focus on areas with the greatest opportunity for improvement.
APA usage: New dashboard for AP automation performance and processing insights. The APA usage dashboard provides visibility into AP automation activity and performance, benchmarked against an industry first-pass success rate of 80%. Track invoices processed, first-pass success, errors, resubmissions, processing stages, and trends over time to identify bottlenecks and measure the impact of automation. View data across the last six months, YTD, or all time, with interactive filters and drill-through capabilities for deeper analysis.
Spend overview dashboard: AI-generated monthly spend analysis, risk grading, and recommendations. The Spend overview dashboard uses AI-generated analysis to provide a clear view of what changed in monthly spend, what may be driving those changes, and where your team should focus. It grades monthly spend for risk, identifies the suppliers and purchasing behaviors contributing to changes, and provides prioritized recommendations alongside a phased action plan. The commentary provides guidance based on the data, while decisions about how to act remain with your team.
Transaction reports enhancement: New Credit notes page and supplier information in transaction reports. Transaction reporting is now more detailed and easier to analyze. Requests, purchase orders, and invoices now display the relevant supplier directly in the report, while credit notes have their own dedicated page with transaction details, values, and status.
These enhancements provide greater visibility into purchasing and AP activity, making it easier to monitor performance, identify risks, and turn transaction data into actionable insights.
